Pakistan States Heavy Firing on Indian Army in Rajouri, 5 Army men Injured

Barely a day after the Indian Air Force tore through Pakistan’s defence and decimated terror launch pads of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Balakot, Pakistani military violated ceasefire along the Line of Control, injuring five Indian Army personnel.

JeM is responsible for the dastardly terror attack in Pulwama less than two weeks ago that killed 40 innocent CRPF jawans.

Mood along the international border remained tense throughout Tuesday after 12 Mirage 2000 jets, ably covered by Sukhoi fighter planes, entered Pakistani territory around 3:30 am yesterday and bombed Muzaffarabad and Chakothi in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Balakot in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, deep inside Pakistan. The payload dropped by the Indian Air Force weighed as much as 1000 kilograms.

Mortars and missiles were fired from civilian houses on the Pakistani side while the Indian Army abstained from using human shields and responded from non-civilian areas. Two Army personnel who were injured are now stable.
