Pakistan’s COAS General Qamar Bajwa express condolences over the death of General Bipin Rawat

The death of Chief of Defence Staff of India has been widely demised by top leadership across India and elsewhere.

Among those who condoled the demise were General Nadeem Raza, CJCSC & General Qamar Javed Bajwa, COAS of Pakistan.

The DG ISPR took to Twitter to express condolences on the death of General Bipin Rawat, his wife and others killed during the helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday noon.

“General Nadeem Raza, CJCSC & General Qamar Javed Bajwa, COAS express condolences on tragic death of #CDS General #BipinRawat, his wife and loss of precious lives in a helicopter crash in India,” the DG ISPR said in a tweet.

Earlier the Indian Air Force The Indian Air Force confirmed the news of his death saying, “Gen Bipin Rawat, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) was on a visit to Defence Services Staff College, Wellington (Nilgiri Hills) to address the faculty and student officers of the Staff Course today.”
