Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of Jammu and Kashmir Bank installed outside the shrine of Syed Hussain Simnani has been troubling people as locals allege that it remains non-functional for a long time due to technical issues.
The locals said the due to the defunct ATM, the people from Ziyarat Mohalla face lots of difficulties.
Now the local residents appeal to the higher authorities of Jk Bank & District Administration Kulgam to look into this matter as soon as possible.
