She was accused in a case of attempt to murder.
She was lodged in Karnal police station where she accused policemen of beating her in absence of women police and also said that they assaulted her sexually in the custody.
Harinder Singh Bains, her advocate told that the court will contemplate her allegations and also will look on her medical reports, he added.
On Wednesday, the court adjourned her case, after finding no medical reports were presented here.
He noted that the court has said that there was nothing on records with regard to section 360 against her. He added that following the order from the court, only restrictions she have is no law and order situation should be created by her.
