Russia offers talks, Ukraine declines; ‘Will wait for 3 more hours’, Russian delegation says

Amid the ongoing crisis between Russia and Ukraine, a delegation of the Russians has reached Belarus o the direction of Vladimir Putin to hold negotiations with Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Zelensky has acknowledged the proposal to start talks in Belarus. He said that Kyiv would have agreed “if there had been no military action from the side of Belarus.”

The head of the Russian delegation in Belarus has said that they will be waiting for the Ukrainian side to agree to talks until 3 pm (Moscow time).

Meanwhile, the Russian Defence Ministry has said that Russia hit 23 control points and communication nodes, 3 radar posts, 31 S-300, Buk M-1 and Osa air defense systems, and 48 radars of Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“8 combat aircraft, 7 helicopters, 11 UAVs, two Tochka-U missiles shot down; 223 tanks and other armored vehicles, 28 grounded aircraft, 39 MLRS, 86 field artillery and mortars, and 143 special military vehicle units have been destroyed so far,” it said.
