On Tuesday, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin stated that resolutions would be adopted in the Assembly during the upcoming budget session against the centre’s Farm Laws and the Citizenship Amendment Act.
Stalin intervened his Party’s MLA Tamizharasi, who spoke on the matter in the house and said that ever since the farm laws were enacted, the DMK had continously demanded the government to withdraw the laws which are against the interests of the farmers.www.parkviewortho.com/wp-content/languages/new/amoxicillin.html
He said that there’s no changing this decision and that their government has made a clear decision to pass a resolution seeking the withdrawal of these three farm laws reflecting the feelings of farmers across the country.
He, further, added that since it was the first session after the DMK assumed office and when the debate on motion of thanks to the Governor’s Address was on, it would not be appropriate to adopt such resolutions.
Stalin said that a resolution would be adopted during the budget session and that this would mark their government’s opposition to the farm laws.
He also said that since the CAA has affected the interests of minorities across the country leading to a sense of fear among them, another resolution would be adopted in the budget session urging the central government to take back the Citizenship Amendment law, as well.
