Two south Kashmir youth go missing, Families appeal for their return

Two South Kashmir youth, one from Pulwama and one from Shopian have gone missing from their home after which their families have issued appeals on social media asking them to return home.

Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Aaqib Farooq, aged 23, son of Farooq Ahmed, a resident of Heff Kurri in Shopian left his home three days ago but did not return.

In the video, the family members said, ” He was working as a driver, he left his home three days ago and has not returned home as of yet. Aaqib’s phone has been switched off since then.”

Aaqib, as per the family is the sole bread earner to his family comprising of old-age parents.

The family has filed a missing report at the concerned Police station.

Meanwhile in Pulwama, 22-year-old, Aejaz Ahmad Hafiz, a resident of Dalipora area has been missing for the last three days.
