One Militant has been killed in the ongoing encounter started between Militants and Government Forces in Kiloora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that 44 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF jointly launched the Anti Militancy operation.
The Encounter started when Militants fired on a patrolling party of Government forces.

Earlier Forces had launched a Cordon and Search Operation in the area upon receiving a specific input about the presence of Militants in the area, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
As per locals the firing has stopped now and more reinforcements have been rushed to the spot.
Two Militants are believed to be trapped in the area.
