One vote has been polled out of 2504 total votes in the Uranhall area of Hom Shalibugh assembly segment of the Kulgam district in South Kashmir till 12 noon.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that out of 1059 votes in Uranhall-1 polling booth one vote has been cast, while in Uranhall-B, zero votes have been polled out of 768 and similarly in Uranhall C, zero votes have been cast out of total 768 votes.
Meanwhile intense clashes also erupted in several areas of the district including Bugam, Khudwani, Redwani, Quimoh and other areas.
The polling percentage recorded till 11 am was 3.69 Percent, Kulgam assembly segment was at the lowest at 0.8% while Noorabad was the highest as 9.1% people cast their votes.
Out of 3444 electors eligible for vote at five polling station in Bugam, no vote was cast till 10.am, At Wanpora-A 21 Votes were cast out of 660 votes, At Wanpora- B only 3 Votes were cast out of 649 votes.
At Sofigund 22 Votes were cast out of 660 Votes till 10 AM.
