The district Police in Kulgam arrested a person allegedly involved in molesting and sexually assaulting a minor girl.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that the Police Station in Devsar area of Kulgam received a complaint for assistance from a man stating that his daughter of 11 Years of age (name withheld) was confined wrongfully and thereof assaulted sexually by the person namely Abdul Rehman Laway, a resident of Malwan when she was alone at her home.
