12th standard youth goes missing in Pattan village

A 17-year-old boy, Zahid Bashir, from the Nehalpora Pattan area of Baramulla district, is missing for the last seven days.

Zahid Bashir, the student of the 12th class at GHSS Nehalpora, is missing since last Friday. A family member said that there is no complaint or case registered against him. “Every villager is in the shock,” he said.

A family member while talking to The Kashmiriyat said that Zahid left home on 20 May at 9 pm to perform Isha Namaz after which he didn’t return home back.

He also said that they tried to find him everywhere but couldn’t get any clue about him.

The family has registered a missing report at Police Station Pattan.

They appealed to everyone to help them in tracing their son and If anyone has seen him anywhere, they’re requested to inform the family.

This is the second case of a missing youth from Nehalpora Pattan. Earlier, A youth has gone missing from his home in Nehalpora who has been identified as Irshad Ahmad Mir (23) son of Abdul Reham Mir, missing since 09 May 2022.
