two Unidentified Militants were killed in a gunfight that erupted in Khumriyal area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara District on Thursday.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat the forces had launched a Cordon and Search operation the Khumriyal forests when Militants opened fire on the forces triggering a gunfight.
The forces immediately called reinforcements to the area and trapped the hiding Militants, after a brief exchange of Gunfire, the guns fell down silent.

Upon Conducting search operations in the forest area, it was found that two Militants had been killed, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
