Two boys have been injured after a shell exploded in Damhal Hanjipora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that two young boys identified as Shahid and Ikhlaq were injured when they were playing with an un-exploded shell in the area.
The duo was shifted to nearby PHC for treatment from where they were shifted to Kulgam’s district hospital for advanced treatment.
Officials at Damhal’s Primary Health Care upon being contacted by The Kashmiriyat said that Shahid has sustained injuries on his hand while as Ikhlaq suffered wounds in his face.
A police official confirmed the incident said that police has started investigations into the matter.
