
At least two troopers were injured after an army vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a pit in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The vehicle that was part of a convoy on way to Srinagar from Chowkibal met with the accident near the Taragpora area of Rafiabad Sopore.
Army sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the army ALS vehicle (19D208724K) was from the Quick Reaction Team of 7 Rashtriya Rifles.
They said that vehicle suffered partial damage and the two injured troopers were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
They identified the injured troopers as Driver Ram Rawal and Naib Subedar Rama Chandra Rao. (KNT)
