The Jammu Kashmir on Saturday claimed to have arrested a fake doctor who was fraudulently practising in a private clinic in Mangan area of Kreeri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Police official told The Kashmiriyat that one Hilal Ahmed Hajam of Kreeri in Baramulla had been practising as a doctor in Mangan area of the district without holding any degree.
“He has only done his class 10th, and has been minting money from the people by pretending to be a doctor by profession for the past many years,” the official told.
As soon as the Police got the information, Hilal was arrested from his clinic at Mangan, and he has been booked under the relevant sections of the law,”
The official further added that Hilal has been booked under section 77/2020 420 under section 419 (cheating), 468 (forgery of document) and 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) in police Station Kreeri.
