Train Crushes Islamabad Youth to Death

September 23 TAWSEEF NAZIR yet another young man was crushed to death by a running train in South Kashmir on Monday morning in Bijbeheara South Kashmir's Islamabad (Anantnag) District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Mudasir Ahmed Magray, a resident of Trahpoo in Achabal belt was crushed to death on Monday near Bijbehara area. Official sources confirmed the death to The Kashmiriyat.

Abducted Sopore Tailor Found dead

September 24 Shabir Khan Unidentified gunmen killed a Civilian who was kidnapped from from Harwan area of Sopore in North Kashmir's Baramulla District late night on Saturday. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Mushtaq Ahmad Mir who is a tailor by profession was abducted by masked gunmen from his house in Harwan locality of Sopore late night on Saturday. A Police official said that his dead body was found this morning in an orchard in Latishut village in North kashmir.

CASO Launched in Achabal Area of Islamabad District

September 23 The Government Forces on Sunday launched a cordon and search operation in the Sofi Mohallah locality of Achabal in South Kashmir's Islamabad (Anantnag) District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Sunday, the forces including 19 RR of Indian Army and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Sofi Mohallah area. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Achabal locality and are conducting a search operation in the area. One Militant Reportedly Killed in Tral Encounter

September 23 One Militant has been reportedly killed in the ongoing encounter at  Ganie Gund in Aripal of Tral area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama  District on Sunday. Officials told The Kashmiriyat that 42 RR of Indian Army, SOG of Police and CRPF jointly launched the Anti Militancy operation.
