Less than 1 Per cent Polling in Pulwama, Islamabad (Anantnag) records 2.6 Percent till 10 am

Intense Clashes Erupt in Achabal Area as Area Goes to Polls Today

November 27 Intense Stone throwing clashes erupted between protests and Government Forces in Tailwani Locality of Achabal in South Kashmir's Islamabad (anantnag) as the area goes to polls today. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that youth hurled stones on the troops deployed  in the area who fired tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters. District Commander of Zakir Musa Group, Shakir Killed in Tral Encounter

November 27 One Militant who has been killed in Reshi pora area of Tral in an encounter has been identified as an affiliate of Ansar Ghazwat ul Hind led by Zakir Musa. The Slain Militant has been identified as Shakir Hassan Dar son of Ghulam Hassan Dar, a resident of Rathsuna area in Tral of South Kashmir's Pulwama District. Shakir was the district commander of the outfit for Pulwama, however Rehan Khan is the deputy of the AGH Chief, Zakir rashid Bhat alias Musa. 80 Year Old Woman Dies of Immense Tear Smoke Shelling in Shopian Area

November 27 An 80-year old woman died after she suffered a massive heart attack by the smoking suffocation during intense tear smoke shelling in Batgund area of South Kashmir's Shopian District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Raja Begum aged 80 died due to a heart attack caused y the shells fired by government forces during the clashes with protesters that erupted after the killing of six militants in a gunfight on last Sunday in Batagund area.
