Zakir Musa says he wants Militants from all groups to be safe- Issues Safety Guidelines

December 02 Zakir Musa led group, Ansar Ghazwat ul Hind (AGH) has released “Security Guidelines” for the militants in Kashmir and said that the group is concerned with the safety of Militants. In a poster released via its media channel Al Hur on Telegram, the group has given an eleven point instruction. The group has stressed upon the need of maintaining secrecy about locations and not to disclose the pin point locations to others.
