Friend of Custodial Killing Victim, Rizwan Joins Militancy

March 21 Shahid Manzoor son of Manzoor Ahmed who is a resident of New Colony in Awantipora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama District has joined Militancy in Kashmir against the custodial killing of his friend, Rizwan Ahmed Pandit.
