March 14 The Indian External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj on Thursday challenged Imran Khan, the Pakistani prime minister, saying that if he wants peace then he should hand over Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar to India. Speaking at a conference Swaraj said if Imran Khan is such a big statesman and wants to have good ties with India, then he should just hand over Azhar to India. “Imran Khan is showing a lot of gratitude. Early Morning CASO Launched in Pulwama Area

March 14 A cordon and search operation (CASO) has been launched by Government Forces in Maczpuna area of South Kashmir's Pulwama District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday morning, 55 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police jointly launched a search operation in the area around KCF College in Maczpuna. Following inputs about Militant movement in the area, the forces blocked all the entry and exit points of the area.   A door to door search operation had been launched when this report was filed.

Users Loose Access- Outrage Hits Facebook and Instagram

March 14 Facebook and Instagram users lost access to the social network’s applications in parts of the world Wednesday as a result of an outage of undetermined origin. The California giant which has more than two billion users acknowledged the outage after users noted on Twitter they could not access Facebook or had limited functionality. “We’re aware that some people are currently having trouble accessing the Facebook family of apps. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Wednesday evening, 55 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police jointly launched a search operation in Panzgam area of Pulwama District. Following inputs about Militant movement in the area, the forces blocked all the entry and exit points of the area.   A CASO has also been launched in Rathsuna area of Tral by 42 RR of Indian Army, 180 BN Of CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police. A door to door search operation had been launched when this report was filed.

Another Kashmir Father Shoulders the Dead Body of His Young Son

March 13 Shouldering the coffin of their sons, is the toughest job for fathers, however in Kashmir, the same has become a norm now. The weight of such a heavy coffin fell on the shoulders of Farooq Ahmad Khan, the father of slain militant Mudasir Ahmad Khan, who was killed in an encounter in Tral on Monday morning.
