Intense Clashes Erupt During CASO in Palhalan

March 11 Sajad Hameed Following a specific input about Militant movement, the Government Forces jointly launched a cordon and search operation in the Palhalan area of  North Kashmir's Baramulla district. On Monday, the forces including  29 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Palhalan area. Pulwama Family Identifies a Militant Killed in Tral Encounter

March 11 The family of Myser Ahmed Khan, An alleged key conspirator of the Pulwama has been identified by his family after being Killed in the Tral encounter, Sources told The Kashmiriyat. According to Sources, Mudasir Khan alias Mohammad Bhai was recruited as an overground worker of the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in 2017 and became a key Improvised Explosive Device (IED) handler in the days that followed. Hindu Dalit Woman Chairs Pakistan Senate Session on Women’s Day

March 09 Krishna Kumari Kohli, Pakistan's first female senator from the Hindu Dalit community, on Friday chaired the session of the Upper House of Parliament on occasion of International Women's Day. Krishna, 40, was elected as senator in March 2018 after spending many years working for the rights of bonded labourers in Muslim-majority Pakistan. She is the first Thari Hindu woman to be elected to the Pakistan senate.
