Intense clashes erupted in various parts of Kashmir valley on Friday in the aftermath of the killing of militant commander, Zakir Musa.
Reports reaching The Kashmiriyat said that intense clashes erupted in Dooru area when people in large numbers tried to take out a procession to mourn the killing of Zakir Musa, however the Forces present in the area fired tear gas shells at the protesters.
The youth retaliated with stone throwing, similarly in Seer e Hamdan area of Islamabad (anantnag) district and Awantipora clashes have been going on since morning with hundreds of youth out on the streets.
All the major urban areas including South Kashmir townships and Srinagar have been placed under curfew like restrictions amid a complete ban on Mobile internet services...
