Sajad Hameed Police has arrested a drug peddler in North Kashmir's Kreeri area of Baramulla Distrct, and seized Contraband substances from his possession. Talking to media, SHO Kreeri, Athar Parvaz said that at about 11:40 AM, during Naka checking, a person identified Reyaz Ahmad Sheikh S/O Gh Nabi Sheikh R/O Check Saloosa Kreeri age about 35 years was apprehended  at Check Saloosa Road along with 11 Kg of Poppy Straw when he was on way from Uthoora to Kreeri on his scooty bearing registration No JK05G-5095. In this regard, an FIR No 106/2020 U/S 8/15, NDPS act has been registered in Police station Kreeri. The held man has been arrested and shifted to Police Station Kreeri where he remains in custody.
