National and International Footballers Forum J&K holds Mega Exhibition Match in Ganderbal

ADC Bandipora Suspends 16 Employees, 5 Officials During Surprise Visit to Government Offices

Shah Basit/ Rayees Shah The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Bandipora Zahoor Ahmad Mir on Tuesday made a surprise visit to different government offices located in different blocks of the Mini-Secretariat Bandipora. At least 16 employees and five district officers were found absent and were accordingly served show cause notices asking them to explain reasons of absence from their legitimate duties, failing which action shall be taken against them, ADC said. On the occasion ADC directed all other employees to remain punctual and warned of tough actions against absenteeism to ensure smooth functioning of Govt. departments and prompt deliverance of services to people.

BJP Has Failed to Check Militant Recruitment, 659 Local Youth Joined Militancy Since 2014

The Bhartiya Janta party, as per stats, has failed to contain home grown Militancy in Jammu Kashmir since it rose to power in 2014. 525 Killed in Ongoing Fighting Between Azerbaijan-Armenia

Ethnic Armenian officials in the enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh said on Monday that 45 more servicemen had been killed in fighting with Azerbaijan, bringing its total military death toll to 525 since fighting broke out on September 27. At least 25 civilians have been killed and more than 100 wounded since then. The fighting has surged to its worst level since the 1990s, when some 30,000 people were killed.

Iran fears Spillover from Nagorno-Karabakh

Three Youth ‘Prevented’ From Joining Militancy, Says Army

The Military intelligence along with 52RR of Indian Army claimed along with local Police claimed to have arrested three locals who were on the way to join Militancy. In a press release issued to The Kashmiriyat the Army said that upon reliable information apprehended three local Teenagers of Sumbal area who were indoctrinated and influenced by false narratives and motivated to take violent path. They further said that after proper counselling and guidance they were handed over to their parents in presence of respectable citizens. The Jammu Kashmir Police in Bandipora has appealed parents to take proper care of their wards and monitor their activities, so that they don't fall prey to anti-national elements.
