MHA Seeks List Of Central Civil Services Officers Willing To Serve In Jammu Kashmir

The Ministry of Home Affairs has sought list of Central Civil Services Officers willing to serve in Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. The MHA has written to Defence Ministry and other Ministries, whereas communication copy to Defence Ministry reads “it is requested that the willingness of Central Civil Services Officers, selected through Central Civil Exams conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission)." Gunmen Loot Cash Van in Shopian Kashmir

Policeman Found Hanging With Tree in Budgam

Sajad Hameed A policeman was found hanging with a tree on Thursday morning in Kanihama Magam area of Central Kashmir's Budgam district. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that the locals of the Kanihama area spotted a male body tied with a rope against a tree in the Kanihama area of Magam of Central Kashmir's Budgam district. He has been identified as Muhammad Ashraf, son of Abdul Majeed Rather of Archanderhama Magam, who is posted at Parishaspora Pattan as constable with Jammu Kashmir Police. "Ashraf who was working in the Police department went missing late on Wednesday night and his dead body was recovered today morning."
