Official documents reveal that J&K’s liabilities have piled up to Rs 83573 by 2019-20- up by Rs 4513 crore from the preceding financial year. Jammu Kashmir’s coronavirus caseload rose to 128249 as 152 more people tested positive for the infection while one more person succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Friday. Of the fresh cases including 50 travelers, 31 were from Jammu Division and 121 from Kashmir Division, the officials told GNS.
