The Jammu Kashmir administration has said that stone crushers and hot/ wet mixing plants will not require any license to operate anywhere in Jammu Kashmir. The administration notified the new Jammu Kashmir Stone Crushers/ Hot and Wet Mixing Plants Regulation Rules, 2021 saying that there will be no requirement of a license to start operation of stone crushers/ hot and wet mixing plants in Jammu and Kashmir to promote ‘ease of doing business by creating a business-friendly environment.
