Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal of Jammu Kashmir High Court issued an order through the office of Registrar General Jawad Ahmed on March 21 reiterating a previous order issued on February 3 in this regard. "Entry of the Litigants and public into the Court premises from the very outer gate shall continue to be prohibited,” the February 3 order had said. The Former Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Mehbooba Mufti knew arrested Hizbul Mujahideen militant Naveed Babu and had also spoken to him once, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) claimed in a charge sheet filed in connection with the case related to arrested former J&K DSP Davinder Singh. On Monday, a massive fire swept over thousands of Rohingya refugee camps in Balukhali in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, destroying homes and putting the lives of tens of thousands of refugees in danger. On Tuesday, an official in charge of the Kutupalong refugee camp said that the fire destroyed at least 3,000 shelters as it spread quickly through the refugee camp. On late Monday, the UN refugee agency UNHCR said that fire services, Bangladesh’s Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner and rescue and response teams were present at the spot, trying to control the further spread of fire in the camp.
