Two Women Arrested in Connection with Attack on BJP Leader in Srinagar

Two women, both residents of Budgam, were arrested for their alleged involvement in the attack on the BJP leader’s residence last week in Srinagar outskirts. A police guard was killed when militants attacked the house of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mohammad Anwar Khan at Nowgam bypass in the outskirts of Srinagar city on April 1. Khan was not present in the house when the attack took place.
