Four Members of a Muslim Family Shot in UP, Three Dead

Four members of a cloth merchant family were shot at in their house in Ghaziabad’s Loni area, in which three people died while the condition of one remains critical. The incident took place in main bazar located in Loni area. Top officials of the district have launched an investigation into the matter. No arrests have been made so far. Police said, unidentified miscreants shot and killed 70-year-old Raisuddin, his 30-year-old son Azhar and 28-year-old son Imran, late at night on Sunday in the house. Teenage Girl, Woman Attempt Suicide in Sopore, Hospitalized

A teenage girl and a woman were hospitalized after they tried to commit suicide by taking some poisonous substance in Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday. An official told that the girl and the woman tried to end their lives after consuming poisonous substance at their respective homes in Sopore today. He said that they were rushed to nearby healthcare facilities for treatment, from where both of them were shifted to GMC Baramulla. The official said that the girl and the women belong to Tarzoo and Rafiabad areas of Sopore respectively. The Jammu Kashmir Police on Monday said that they have arrested the top Lashkar Commander, Nadeem Abrar in the Narbal area of Srinagar, involved in several cases. Nadeem, a resident of Budgam Joined Lashkar e Taiba on December 12, 2018. In March Nadeem figured in the list of the nine wanted militants operating in Srinagar.
