Nocturnal Encounter Rages in Pulwama Area

A nocturnal Gunfight has started between Militants and Government forces in the Punchal area of Pulwama in Kashmir. Reports reaching The Kashmiriyat said that on Thursday night Joint forces including RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF laid a joint cordon and search operation in the the Puchal area of Pulwama. They said that as the forces reached the spot where the Militants were suspected to be holed up, the militants opened fire. The forces retaliated, according to reports. As per a local News agency four Militants are believed to be trapped at the site of the encounter in Puchal Pulwama.
