Police have arrested sister and her boy friend for murdering a 28-year-old youth in Rajouri district for “repeatedly questioning” their relation, police said. Police had Wednesday last formed a Special Investigation Team to investigate into the “brutal murder” of the youth, Ankush Bakshi son of Bachan Lal, in Chakli area of Rajouri district on Tuesday night.
