
Tarigami Files Writ Petition in SC, Seeks Early Hearing on Plea Challenging Article 370 Abrogation
CPI (M) senior leader and People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) spokesman, Muhammad Yousuf Tarigami on Friday filed a writ petition in the top court of India, seeking early hearing of petition, challenging Government of India’s move to abrogate provisions of Article 370 on August 05, 2019.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Tarigami has already filed a petition challenging the decision taken by the government on August 05, 2019.
The former Kulgam legislator has today filed a writ petition, a copy of which lies with KNO, in which he has pleaded for early hearing of petition with regard to the government’s decision.
