Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh said the Bharatiya Janata Party government will fulfil its promise to liberate Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) just like it fulfilled its promise of abrogating Article 370. "People don't understand that when BJP promises somethings it fulfils. When we used to talk about the Abrogation of Article 370 people used to make fun of us but we fulfilled our promise. Shooting stones close highway, Around 1000 trucks stranded in Ramban

The  Jammu-Srinagar highway, the only surface link connecting Kashmir Valley with the outside world, has been closed amid continuous shooting stones near the Mehar area in Ramban, officials said on Monday. “Due to continuous shooting stones at Mehar Ramban, the highway has been closed. Some 1000 Jammu bound trucks are stranded between Ramban and Banihal,” a senior traffic department officer told GNS. Meanwhile, Mughal Road, connecting Shopian with Poonch and Rajouri districts, remained closed for vehicular movement in view of snow accumulation at Peer Ki Gali. Kishtwar-Sinthan road also remained closed in view of snow accumulation, the traffic department official said. (GNS)
