According to news reports, Spartak Moscow football club will be 'banned from participating in the Europa League' and be handed a technical defeat, leaving RB Leipzig to advance to the quarterfinals.
Spartak had been set to meet the German side in the Last 16 on March 10 in Leipzig, with the return leg scheduled for March 17 at a neutral venue.
