Gas leakage in Srinagar restaurant leaves two non-locals injured

Two non-locals were injured after a leakage in a gas cylinder in a local restaurant in Sanath Nagar area of summer capital Srinagar, officials said. They told news agency KDC that two non-locals identified as Suman (20) son of Badee, a resident of West Bengal and Badshah (28) son of All-u-Din, a resident of Bihar working at Kathi Junction in Sananth Nagar were injured. Sopore: Body of youth found in orchard

Body of a 21-year-old youth was found dead in an apple orchard in New Colony area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday morning, around 12 hours after he had gone missing. Official sources told GNS that the body was spotted by locals who informed the police accordingly. A police team rushed to the area and took the body in its possession. Later police identified him as Umar Farooq Shosha son of Farooq Ahmad Shosha of New colony Sopore. A police officer told GNS a case has been registered and that investigations have been launched.
