The Jammu Kashmir Police claimed that it has arrested two "hybrid militants" from the Pattan area of Baramulla in north Kashmir. In a press statement, Police said, Based on specific reliable inputs regarding the movement of two terrorists in a vehicle towards Srinagar, on 26 April, joint MVCPs of 29 RR, JKP & 2 SSB were placed at various spots along the national highway and surrounding bylanes.
