The report cites a letter to Keir Starmer, wherein "the prime minister says Singh has been arbitrarily detained without formal charges being laid against him." In a significant move, the poll body has ordered a revision of electoral rolls in Jammu & Kashmir for the first time after the August 5, 2019, constitutional changes.
