Officials told The Kashmiriyat that three militants were killed in the night long encounter in the Drach area of Shopian and one militant has been killed in the ongoing encounter in the same area. They said that a joint team of RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir police, CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in the Drach area following a tip off about the movement of militants in the area. Shabir Khan Body of a woman was recovered from river Jhelum near Sher Colony locality of Sopore in North Kashmir's Baramulla district on Monday. An official told that the body was seen floating in the Jhelum near Sher Colony by locals, following which they informed the police.
