The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday transferred four officers—two IAS & two IPS officers from Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect and until further orders. According to an order, two IAS officers, serving in J&K, Amit Sharma and Sagar D Dattatray, and two IPS officers including Ashish Kumar Mishra and Mohita Sharma have been transferred from J&K. Principal Secretary Jammu Kashmir School Education Department Alok Kumar Thursday said that results of class 10th and 12th examination will be declared by the 2nd week of June. Dearness Allowance of government employees increased

The Dearness Allowance (DA) of government employees, pensioners and family pensioners who are still drawing pays as well as pension as per the Sixth Pay Commission, was increased by the Finance Department on June 7, 2023. The allowance has been increased from the existing rate which is 212 percent, to 221 percent of the basic pay, pension and family pension. The increase in DA will be effective from January 1, 2023.
