‘PTI’ Flags Spotted, Recovered in Poonch, Rajouri

Flags of ‘Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’, led by incarcerated former Pakistan Premier Imran Khan, were spotted and recovered in twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri, officials said on Monday. They told GNS that a flag of ‘PTI’ tied with balloons was spotted at Middle School Sarula in Bhimber Gali Sector. “A police team on receipt of information visited and took the paraphernalia into its possession”, they said. Similarly, they said, multicolored Pakistan-made balloons alongwith Pakistan National flag and PTI flag were recovered on intervening Sunday and Monday night in Rajpur Kamila in Lam area of Rajouri district. “On information by the locals, a police team visited the spot and took the stuff into its possession”, they said. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir VK Bidhuri Monday said every house, street, and heritage in Srinagar district to get a Unique Identification Number which will help every individual and authority to identify the person or place without any inconvenience. "The allotment of Unique ID is a process that has been taken under Smart City Project. In Srinagar it was executed earlier on trial basis and soon will be extended to beyond Srinagar," Divisional Commissioner Kashmir VK Bidhuri as per KNS said. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that on Monday morning, the siblings were repairing an electric wire in the Babapora area of Shopian when they received an electricity shock on an electric pole. Both of them fell down from the pole and were immediately rescued by the locals who rushed them to the nearby hospital.
