District Police Kulgam have solved a hit-and-run case by arresting an accused person involved in the commission of the crime. On 22.09.2023 at about 06:23 AM an accident took place at Qazigund near Walnut factory in which one unknown vehicle (Truck) coming from Ujroo hit one vehicle (Maruti Eeco) bearing Reg. No. JK06B-0901 which was going towards Banihal. The truck driver fled from the spot along with his truck with the intention of hiding his identity and his truck. In this accident, the driver of a Maruti Eeco vehicle and 06 passengers were critically injured and were immediately shifted to Emergency Hospital Qazigund for treatment from where they were referred to GMC Anantnag for further treatment.
