Four persons, including three minor children died when a landslide hit their Kacha house in Chassana belt of Reasi district in Jammu division, an official said on Sunday. Danishwar Hameed Nearly 120 houses suffered damage in Kulgam due to massive windstorm that swept across South Kashmir on Saturday. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that around 119 houses incurred minor or partial damage in the Kulgam district. The houses that were damaged were in Damhal Hanjipora, Pahloo and Devsar Tehsils of the south Kashmir districts due to today's gusty winds. A driver from Kulgam died of electrocution at Vadodara Gujarat on Saturday. The editor-in-chief of Srinagar-based newspaper 'Roznama Subh-e-Kashmir', Nazir Ahmad Wani, has passed away at the age of 63 after battling a kidney ailment for several years. Danishwar Hameed A 25-year-old youth was found hanging at his residence in the Redwani Payeen area of Kulgam district in south Kashmir. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a youth, (name with held), a resident of Redwani Payeen was found in unconscious at his residence by his family.
