Kathua: One more militant killed, Death toll 3

Another militant has been killed in an operation in Saida Sohal Hiranagar area of Kuthua district on Tuesday evening. Official sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that security forces have eliminated one more terrorist in an ongoing operation in Kuthua, taking the toll to 02, However, the search continues as one more terrorist is believed to be hiding within civilian areas, they said. Earlier a terrorist and a CRPF personnel were killed in this encounter. More details awaited.

Two from India killed in ongoing Russia-Ukraine war

India on Tuesday said two of its nationals, who were recruited by the Russian Army, have recently been killed in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, taking the number of such deaths to four. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said India has strongly taken up the matter with Russia and sought early release and return of all Indian nationals who are with the Russian Army. In a firmly-worded statement, it said India has demanded that there be a "verified stop to any further recruitment of Indian nationals by the Russian Army" and that such activities would not be in "consonance with our partnership". Kathua encounter: Injured CRPF trooper succumbs, search operation continues

A CRPF personnel who was injured in Kuthua encounter on Tuesday evening succumbed to injuries. A top official told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll that a terrorist attack took place at village Sohal in which one Constable Kabir Dass 121 BN CRPF received injuries during who was shifted to the SDH Hiranagar for treatment They said that during treatment the said CRPF Constable succumbed. Six troopers injured during ongoing encounter in Doda

Five Army soldiers and Special Police Officer of police were injured after a nocturnal Gunfight Broke Out between militants and security forces in Chattargala area or Doda district on Wednesday. Officials told that at around 1:45 am army and police joint Naka engaged militants in Chattargala area. During firefight five army Soldiers and and SPO recieved bullet injuries. FIR registered after ‘Free Kashmir’ graffiti surfaces in New Delhi

Delhi Police has initiated an investigation into an incident where 'Free Kashmir' graffiti was discovered on a wall in the Dwarka area, as per reports by news agency IANS.
