A 22-year-old youth died after he accidentally fell into the Aharbal waterfall in the Damhal Hanjipora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A Police official told The Kashmiriyat that Suhaib Ahmad Dar aged 22, son of Shabir Ahmad Dar, a resident of Shangus visited Aharbal waterfall along with his friends fell accidentally into the waterfall on Tuesday afternoon.
Immediately after the incident, Rescuers swung into action but could not save the life of the youth.
The body of the deceased has been found and will be handed over to his legal heirs after the completion of medico-legal formalities.
