A 22-year-old youth died due to electric shock in Benhama area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday afternoon.
A Police official told The Kashmiriyat that a youth identified as Sameer Ahmad Khan son of Abdul Rashid Khan residentof Thune kangan on Wednesday died due to electric shock at his brother in law in Benhama area of Ganderbal.
He said he was immediately taken to the nearby hospital in an unconscious state where doctors declared him dead in arrival.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this incident.
