A 23-year-old girl on Monday allegedly committed suicide at her home in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a 23-year-old (name withheld), a resident of the Krashivan Colony Sopore allegedly committed suicide at her home.
“She was immediately rushed to the Sub-District Hospital Sopore where doctors declared her brought dead,” they said.
Later, the dead body was taken for the conducting of medico-legal formalities and police have registered a case and further investigation has been taken up. (KS)
