
A 25-year-old man drowned in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday evening.
Locals sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that Muneer Ahmed Rather Rather son of Muhammad Sultan, a resident of Arath Budgam felt dizzy and to make himself relaxed, he went near to a local ‘Rawal Kol’ (canal) where he lost balance and drowned.
Locals recovered his dead body while police after the completion of all formalities handed over the dead body to the family for last rites. [KNT]
