A 23-year-old youth has tragically succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura after being critically injured in a road accident on September 2.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Umar Gull, son of Gull Mohd Bhat from Bozgam Kelam in Kulgam was critically wounded in a collision with a school bus in the Zangalpora area.
Despite receiving medical treatment for 27 days, he could not survive his injuries and passed away on Sunday morning.
Authorities have confirmed that a police case has been registered, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
