Three labourers were injured in a landslide during construction of a road in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday, officials said.
The landslide occurred while an excavation of a slope for road construction by Beacon authorities was underway at village Dara Gutliyan Uri, they said. The injured were immediately removed to MI Room Beacon wherefrom they were referred to Sub- District Hospital Uri for specialized treatment, the officials told GNS.
The official identified the injured persons as Khadim Hussain son of Mohammed Shah, Razaq Bhatti son of Ahmed Ali Bhatti, and Ajiz Ahmed son of Mutwali Bhati, all residents of village Dara Gutliyan Uri. (GNS)
